At Softrickx, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.

By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Project Deposits

  • A deposit is required before the commencement of any project.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling and cover initial planning, research, and resource allocation.


2. Cancellation by Client

2.1 Before Work Begins

If cancellation is requested before work has started, a partial refund may be issued at Softrickx’s discretion, excluding administrative or consultation fees.

2.2 After Work Has Started

If the project is canceled after work has begun:

  • The client must pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Deliverables will only be provided once outstanding payments are cleared.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in the contract.

  • Project was not initiated within a reasonable time due to Softrickx’s fault.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Business closure or financial difficulties

  • Delays caused by client non-cooperation

  • Failure to provide required content or feedback

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after approved revisions


4. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

For ongoing services such as:

  • SEO

  • Social Media Management

  • Paid Advertising

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns

Payments are generally non-refundable, as work begins immediately and resources are allocated monthly.

Cancellation requires written notice at least [Insert Notice Period – e.g., 15 or 30 days] before the next billing cycle.


5. Subscription & Maintenance Plans

  • Monthly plans may be canceled with written notice before the next billing date.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Softrickx directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Legal recovery of owed amounts

  • Termination of ongoing projects


7. Force Majeure

Softrickx shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical outages.


8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests will be reviewed within 7–14 business days.


9. Policy Updates
